At Tucann, we want you to feel as confident in your beachwear as you do in the water. If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, with tags attached and hygiene liners intact before placing them in secure packaging.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the goods.
